Free Nationwide Shipping

  • We provide FREE nationwide shipping within the Philippines—no minimum order required—for premium perfumes. Orders containing only car diffusers or other products (without premium perfumes) may be subject to a shipping fee.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your convenience. Please prepare the exact payment amount upon delivery.

Shipping Couriers

  • Our primary courier is LBC Express.
  • For areas not covered by LBC Express, we use GoGo Xpress or other reliable courier services.

Processing & Delivery Timeframe

  1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service coverage.

Estimated delivery times:

  • NCR (Metro Manila): 1–2 business days
  • Luzon: 2–3 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier issues beyond our control.

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS (based on your chosen contact method).

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
