We take pride in providing high-quality perfumes, carefully packed and shipped to you. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or leaking due to shipping issues.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used perfumes unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email, Facebook page, or SMS.
- Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product or arrange a replacement.
Refunds
- If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, refunds will be issued through a bank transfer or GCash.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your chosen method.
Exemptions
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference in scent.

Important Reminders
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability will not be eligible for refunds.
- Items approved for return must be sent back in their original packaging.
